Unfortunately there are no set hours. The owner works full time at the moment. ThaiTanium Performance will be available to receive messages at any time and will respond when available. Please do not let this discourage you from ordering or asking questions. If you need to contact us our information is here. We will try our best to get back to you immediately.
Returns?
Any return items are accepted as long as they are in original packaging. You have up to 25 days after purchase to exchange them for store credit. Please contact us for a return form before any items are sent back. If a full return is requested, a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Is there a lead time?
Yes, all parts are made to order. Lead times will be 15-45 days depending on the product. As your order is completed, we will contact you about tracking information and a given confirmed lead time. As we grow, turnaround times will be reduced.
